You can access it with a username and password, from the homepage. If you do not yet have a login and password, you may request them from the contact page.
If you have lost your password, you can receive a new email by clicking on "Forgot Password?" on the homepage.
When ordering, you can choose between two options:
• you choose the delivery on the pontoon. The date of delivery of your boat, we bring your entire order on the dock, next to your new boat. The installation on board will be made by you.
• you choose the installation on board: The day before delivery, we install all the equipment on board. If you purchased linens, beds are made. The material is unpacked, stored in closets, and we will give you a storage plan.
No problem! We ship worldwide. We can even move to a handover or installation onboard of the equipment that you ordered from Yacht Solutions.
It depends on your situation, whether the invoice is addressed to:
• a person or company in France
• an individual within the European Union
→ You have to pay VAT
• a company within the European Union
• a person or company resident outside the European Union
→ Yacht solutions charges you ex VAT
→ VAT will be due in the country of registration of the company
An order confirmation is sent to you by email. At any time, you can find this order on the "My Account" page.
The payment of the invoice will be through your dealer or directly from Yacht Solutions, without this having any impact on the price.
